Established in 2006, Matthew Schmidt and Arthur McDonald with over fifty years of combined experience came together to create CMS Interiors, Inc. After successfully establishing a niche market with Acoustical Ceilings and Walls they made the decision to expand the business scope. In 2023 CMS made another addition, Michael Schlosser with twenty-seven years of experience and creating the Prefabricated Interior Construction Division. The extensive experience, expertise and leadership of the Owners and Management Team has shaped the company into the success it is today, CMS strives to continue providing exceptional professional, quality installation and service to all of San Diego County and beyond.

In 2023 CMS Interiors became a Lutron window shades dealer. We pride ourselves in offering products that make CMS Interiors a one-stop shop for our clients.
Prefabricated Interior Construction
Established 2023 the Prefabricated Interior Construction Division is set to lure in the general contractor (GC) and architect clients with the promise of speed, quality, and lower total cost. Clients become true believers when they also see how DIRTT prefab makes their space more flexible to adapt to continuous changes. This includes, the growing use of technology, which can be embedded in prefabricated walls and access floors. We pride ourselves on delivering materials on time, on budget and having the best Installation crew in the county.
